If the User provides inaccurate information or the Owner has reasonable grounds to believe that the information is false, incomplete, or inaccurate, the Owner has the right to suspend or cancel the registration, or to completely refuse the User further order processing.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\"> The User confirms that, acting of their own free will and in their own interests, they consent to the processing of their personal data provided to the Owner for the purpose of identification. <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\"> The User&#8217;s personal data provided to the Owner during registration, in accordance with current legislation on personal data protection, shall not be transferred to third parties without the User&#8217;s written consent, except in cases expressly provided by law or based on court decisions of the User&#8217;s country of residence. <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\">The Owner uses personal information only:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #264653;\">\n<li>for registration on the online store website;<\/li>\n<li>to fulfill obligations to the User and for their identification;<\/li>\n<li>to evaluate and analyze the operation of the online store;<\/li>\n<li>to determine the User&#8217;s eligibility to participate in promotions conducted by the Owner;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\"> The Owner may send the User messages of an advertising and informational nature. <\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\"> By checking the box on the website registration page &#8220;I agree to the collection and use of my personal data,&#8221; color: #264653;\">Personal data may include:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"color: #264653;\">\n<li>surname, first name, patronymic;<\/li>\n<li>place of residence;<\/li>\n<li>telephone number;<\/li>\n<li>email address;<\/li>\n<li>date of birth;<\/li>\n<li>cookies;<\/li>\n<li>IP address;<\/li>\n<li>browser parameters and settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #264653;\">Processing of personal data means:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\"> collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer to third parties), anonymization, destruction, and other actions with personal data. <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #264653;\">User&#8217;s obligations:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\">in the event of changes to personal data\u2014to provide the Owner with updated information within the shortest possible time.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #264653;\">Moment of consent:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\">The User is included in the personal data database from the moment of first providing personal data.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #264653;\">Anonymized data may be used for:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"color: #264653;\">\n<li>targeting advertising\/informational materials;<\/li>\n<li>statistical research;<\/li>\n<li>other types of marketing analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #264653;\">Transfer of data to third parties:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\">permitted only with the User&#8217;s consent or in cases provided by the legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #264653;\">Possible integrations with:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"color: #264653;\">\n<li>analytics systems (Facebook, Google Analytics, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>social plugins (Facebook, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>banner display systems (AdRiver, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>other internet resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #264653;\">User&#8217;s rights:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"color: #264653;\">\n<li>to know the location of the database and its purpose;<\/li>\n<li>to receive information about the conditions of access to personal data;<\/li>\n<li>to have access to their personal data;<\/li>\n<li>to receive information about the availability of data within 30 days from the moment of request;<\/li>\n<li>to demand modification or deletion of data;<\/li>\n<li>to challenge unlawful processing of personal data;<\/li>\n<li>to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n<li>to seek protection of their rights;<\/li>\n<li>to know the mechanisms of automated processing;<\/li>\n<li>to have protection from automated decisions with legal consequences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #264653;\">Data protection measures:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\"> The Owner applies technical and organizational protection measures. Data is processed on equipment located in secured premises.  <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #264653;\">Confirmation of consent upon registration:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\"> Entering data and clicking the &#8220;Register&#8221; button confirms acknowledgment of the provisions of this Agreement. <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 600; color: #264653;\">Delivery Cost<\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #264653;\"> Free delivery service is available for orders from <strong>UAH 1,500<\/strong> when selecting the delivery method &#8220;Nova Poshta (branch).&#8221;
